NOT JEALOUS.

I remember a time back in the day when I was jealous of a fellow employee where we worked in the same “division”.    This person was clearly favored by my boss and the administration/management.  He was paid a lot more than I was.  He was originally hired because of who he knew on the board of directors.   He operated a business on  the  side that was clearly a conflict of interest with his employment status.   

I complained to my boss and he was sad to hear that I was unhappy and would be sad to see me leave if that’s what I chose to do.  The interesting thing about all this is that I loved my job and I was good at it.  The other person’s job was entirely different from mine and he was good at his job too.

Well, I was eventually convicted of my bad behavior/attitude and got over my (un)loving problem. Praise God. Have you ever been in this circumstance?
